I ordered a floral arrangement on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday for a friend after surgery. The driver could have easily left the arrangement on the doorstep when there was no answer but he called me to say that there was no one home. After the driver patiently answered my questions for a few minutes, I realized he was at the wrong house because I had given the wrong address. After rechecking & with the correct one, the driver delivered the flowers safely. To sum it up, the driver was courteous and concerned with condition of the flowers being intact. When I spoke with the driver an hour he reported that he had handed the flowers to the gentleman of the house. I couldn’t ask for more than that.
